Let’s just start with where you would look for the work you want. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (2018), most jobs are not even advertised. Most jobs, about 80% of available work, are never posted on a job board (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2018). Let that sink in…. Most jobs are not advertised!!!! So where do you look?
If you are actively looking for work, then that (hopefully) means you dedicate time to researching your dream company and finding those sites and checking for work. In the past, I have saved all the job sites for all the key places I wanted to work at and try to check them at least once a month to see what is new. Some of these sites have the ability to create a job search and automate job results to your inbox! That is just one small tip from the tools that my program will provide you with. If your job search is not going great, then I can help you!
